Cancel an order before payment.
You needn’t to contact us to cancel the order, if you have not paid for your order. Before orders match payments, we ignore them. So if you haven’t paid, please don't worry, we are not processing your order.
Cancel an order after payment.
If you determine to cancel the order that you have already paid, please contact us as soon as possible.
If there is something you uncertain in your order and you want to change it, please contact us and put the order on hold while you decide. There have the packing process so you still time to make changes.
 

You should pay attention to the following points:
1.If the package has already been delivered we cannot cancel or change the order.
2.If you want to cancel an order because you are adding further products, and not canceling the previous items, please contact us and we will process it, usually for no extra fees.
